| Our goal in posting the following examples of WRONG maps showing Ryer Island is to emphasize the extent of use of the incorrect Delta island labeling and use in a variety of settings. As of November 2009, there are still ongoing problems caused by incorrect use of island names, which negatively affect the residents, businesses and visitors to Ryer Island. Our research has also shown that DRMS was wrong regarding many islands of the Delta. See comparison report. See also lots of data at http://DeltaRevision.com | ||

| Google Maps of Delta Islands 2006, 2007 listing Ryer Island and Tyler Island incorrectly. At one point during the summer months of 2006, Google listed ONLY the Ryer Island in the Suisun Marsh area, so travelers with large RV's trying to get to the occupied Ryer Island got lost in the Montezuma Hills instead!
